[SJAAboard] De-Clutter SJAAboard - Take the Pledge

Once again Craig has spoken with wisdom.  As one of the offenders I pledge
to do better.  Specifically I pledge to

	1. Limit my posts on any one topic to once per day*.
	
	2. Take detailed technical discussions off list**.  I already took
the discussions of the website design off list.  Anyone is free to
participate, but I suspect to many this was just more noise.

	3. Not to contribute to the animosity sometimes expressed on this
list.

I urge other offenders to take the pledge.

* Naturally I will relax that rule if there is a time critical nature to the
discussion.

**If someone is concerned we are not doing everything public I can create a
new public mail list where only the interested parties proactively get the
emails.  That way everyone is not subjected to another frames vs no frames
discussion.
