Craig proposed projecting the minutes on Wednesday. It was very much a part
of the discussion. Gary reaffirmed his support this morning. My message this
morning was trying to tie the knot on an agreement.

Adopting Craig's proposal will, in effect, be real time review of the
minutes. It will require the meetings to be run differently. As a minimum,
I need either to become transparent or otherwise figure out how to not block
the projector.

>BTW.... while my ability to see faint fuzzies is well developed, and I
>trust it, my ability to read mundane text on an illuminated screen for
>an hour is much less well developed than my ability to listen. :-)

Then you and I process information very differently.

I doubt we will spend more than a couple of seconds on all but the most
complex proposals. It will also allow us to view the current text of
amended proposals (such as happened on Saturday). If everyone can see the
actual text of what they are voting on then that will eliminate the
continuing disputes when original written proposals are changed by the
discussion.

I suggest we try it once. If we decide it helps we can continue. If not we
try to think of another approach.
