Apparently not.  My email source was down for a day.

Reading the proposal is what we are already trying to do. There have been
disputes several times this year concerning the meeting contents.  We need a
different approach.

This is not complicated.  It requires no new equipment since the projector
is already there for the general meeting speaker.  The only change is that
we will have the opportunity to read the actual text of the minutes off the
screen.  I can personally process information better that way.

This, in effect, allows us to review the minutes as we are going instead of
relying on memory several days later.  If disputes arise we are all in the
room to fix the problem.
