Seeing the text will allow me to process it better so I suggest we try that.
It does not require any extra equipment. It will force the pace of note
taking to set the pace of the meeting. Everyone will be able to see the
exact text we are voting on.
I generally publish the text of motions before the meeting. It would speed
things if Craig could have a copy of the latest agenda on his system before
he came.
