That's fine with me, Craig.  We have the time to let you write down and read back
the motions and votes.  This isn't just for making sure the minutes are accurate.  It
also lets us be clear, prior to the vote, about what we are voting on.

I agree with Mark about not liking the meetings put on a voice (or video) recorder.
