[SJAAboard] Do we need to tape the meetings?

I don't want to belabor the discussion of the measures we took Friday night.
This was an extraordinary circumstance with almost a year of history behind
it.  What the board did was fair.  The individual gets something he wanted
since I now have to read and stand behind every post I approve.  I get
something I want since I no longer have to participate in long email threads
(such as this one).  

I strongly believe that having the board list public meets some of the legal
requirement of a non-profit corporation.  Allowing members (I scrub the
non-SJAA members) to subscribe and contribute encourages open discussion
and, with this one exception, has otherwise proven beneficial to the club.
