Mark and one other person changed his vote after I tacked on the time limit.

Mark and I worked out a scheme that will work. I agreed with his suggestions
regarding use of tinyurl. Instead, I am going to set up a folder that can be
accessed by fn.sjaa.net.  We can put the files in there.  I am going to see
if I can set it up so no one has delete privileges.

I object to parroting reports in the minutes.  Many of them are already in
the board mailing list already.  Copying these into the minutes just makes
the minutes less readable.  Your report is the only one that actually is
presented at the meeting.  In a few months the loaner report will be like
the membership.  A background record preserved for posterity in the mail
list.
