Do you mean keep an audio recording of the meetings as part of the
minutes?  I don't know about that.  We just need to be sure that
everything the board does gets properly recorded.  Sometimes we've been
too sloppy with the minutes taking.  Again: we don't need to record
everything that is said, but we do need to record what gets done or
decided.  This includes things that are agreed to without a formal
vote.
