[SJAAboard] Do we need to tape the meetings?

I was wondering about this myself today.  Gary asked me a question about the
September meeting.  I believe we discussed and acted on a decision to donate
scope 24 (a Bushnell) to project astro.  It was probably a one sentence
"does anyone object" type question.  The total discussion was probably about
30 seconds long. The minutes did not capture it, but I sent a message the
next day to Bob saying "the board decided that..". I did not think to look
for it in the draft minutes.
