The paper I handed out contained a resolution and a draft of a note I was
going to send.  Some of the board was uncomfortable with not stating an
expiration so we appended the last line of the note to my resolution.
Together they would read

"The board finds that Steven Nelson's posting to the board mailing list of
January 7 was not appropriate.  The board authorizes the list manager to
take appropriate steps to insure this does not occur again. In six months we
will reexamine whether this measure is still required."

Craig's wording in the original draft captures the essence of the
resolution.  I did not feel changing it was important.

I want to emphasize what I said several times during the meeting. I want
these continual debates about his postings to end. My hope is this matter
never needs to be brought before the board or fill my inbox again.
