[SJAAboard] GSSP promotion.

I'd like to have information about GSSP 2008 on the SJAA web-site an 
article in the March Ephemeris, and something small in the 
April/May/June issues (small advertisement box).  GSSP has a sponsor 
page on its web-site that SJAA could get its logo on with a link.  I'd 
like see SJAA continue promoting TAC events such as this, since TAC and 
SJAA have such a long history together and so many people in common.
