[SJAAboard] Speaker change

The version of the Ephemeris sent to the printer was changed
(http://ephemeris.sjaa.net/0802/EphFeb08BW.pdf ). If it has already been
printed we'll just lump it and modify the normal online version.
The new online version is still being worked on but it should be there
within the hour.

Frank Marchis's work schedule will probably have him out of town for the
February meeting, so he will move down, probably to June 21.  Friedemann
Freund ( SETI / SJSU ) will step in to take the February 16 time slot.
