[SJAAboard] Astrola 10" telescope available as donation

If someone wants to donate the storage to accept the donation then we can
proceed. I am skeptical that we need the scope in the loaner program, but am
open to being convinced.  If not the loaner program we can try selling it at
the auction.  My own personal concern is that I do not want to provide the
storage until it is sold.
