Can someone give me an update on where we are with regard to the minutes taken last month
-who currently has the minutes
-whether or not the later edits discussed on the board have been made

When the board votes on something, we're supposed to record who made
the
motion, what the motion actually said, whether it was seconded, and the
results of the vote. Not properly recording motions and votes is what
got us into trouble before, not to mention the legal requirement.

Are they 10x70? I've got 11x80 in the property list. Who has it now?
About the borrower of scope #1... Agreeing to compensate the club and
actually doing it are two different things. What's going on with that?
