[SJAAboard] our solar scope's H-alpha filter

SJAA Directors:

I just received the repair invoice for our solar scope's Daystar H alpha
filter... $250 (plus shipping).  It needs the optical stack repaired.
They're discounting the evaluation fee which brings the balance to $225.

Does anyone have a problem going ahead with this?  If so, speak now.

I for one would very much like to have our solar scope back in operation
and already have the check ready to mail.  I can hold off sending it in
for a day or two, but no guarantees after that.  ;)
