[SJAAboard] Collimation tools for scopes

Hi Rob,
I suggest we buy Cheshire tools rather than lasers. They work quite well
and a laser can cause you to think the scope is in colimation when it is really
still out of collimation.
I'll talk to you off line about the lasers.
