Dear All,

    Carter Roberts is now resting comfortably at home.  If you wish to see 
him there, his
address is 5 Highgate Court in Kensington, just North of Berkeley and East 
of El Cerrito.
  The exit off of I-80 is Central Ave. He very much enjoys having guests. 
He knows he
doesn't have long to live.  Perhaps days or a week or two at most.  His 
Illness (End stage
Liver Disease) will progressively rob him of his lucidity and clarity of 
thought so it's
probably better to visit him sooner rather than later.

    Take Central Ave east to Ashbury Ave, turn immediately (half block) left 
onto Rockaway
Drive, go one block to T-junction, turn right again on to Colusa Ave, turn 
immediately
left again onto Seaview.  Go up the hill on Seaview Drive.  It will curve 
around to the
North.  Turn right at the first opportunity, Eureka Ave ("I have found 
it!").  Go up to
the T-junction, turn right onto Franciscan Way.  As you drive on Franciscan 
(limited sight
lines and the cops hide so go slow!), there will be a Cemetery on your 
right.  Go to the
end and the street will make an L-turn to the left and change it's name to 
Sunset Drive.
Go up one left block and turn left onto Highgate Rd.  Go one right block and 
turn right
onto Highgate Ct.  Turn right into the second driveway to the right of the 
number 7 sign
(There are three driveways together, take the middle).  Park in the big 
driveway.
    As you can see, it's a bit tricky so you might want to Mapquest it so 
you can recover
if you make a mistake.

    His phone number there is 510-524-2146.  You might want to call before 
you come by to
see if he is sleeping.  That way you can wake him up!  < ;^)

    We have someone with him there 24/7.  I (Dave Rodrigues) will be often 
be there as well.

    Please forward this information to other clubs in the AANC.  He has 
friends in many clubs.
