[SJAAboard] Proposed change in Ephemeris Policy

David used to give people one issue after their expiration.  I continued
that policy, but am now beginning to question it.

My own feeling is that you should get what you pay for.  The way I do the
labels insures everyone gets at least 12 issues.  Expiring members who have
given me their email addresses ( >80 percent) also get two or three
notifications (depending on S&T).  I do not believe sending the extra issue
is warranted.

I will not make any changes until the board approves.  If we want to vote on
this then I will add it to the agenda on the 19th.
