???? This is to let everyone know I took posession of the donated Meade 8" SCT today.? It is the one which is missing the handbox controller.
Included items-

-telescope in fork mount-? appears to be older blue?model like LX5 or LX10- non GOTO.? Vintage probably early 80s.? Shipping trunk included.

- finder

-tripod and wedge

-1 .25 "diagonal

- no eyepieces

Craig, I promised to mail?the man a receipt for the donation.? I imagine we can declare a value of $450.

???? On another front, I am talking to the lady at Independence HS (ala Jim Van Nuland)?about a donation.? Details to follow as they unfold.

I had already decided that the November motion needs to be revisited in
February. We seem to have this conversation every time a donation comes in.
Someone needs to take responsibility for non loaner donations.  

I have made it clear it will not be me.  I am already have 5 club scopes (or
scope carcasses) at the house already. My personal situation does not permit
any more storage.
