Since we've got the previous evening, I seriously doubt we'll
need another hour in the morning.  Except for the computer,
it's mostly just tables and chairs.  And it's way too late to
tell everyone we'll open an hour earlier.  (This would be a
non-issue if it weren't costing us another $47.)

Now, extending the end time is another matter, that will make a
difference--provided we have the items to fill the time.

That almost certainly means *not* San Jose.  We used to meet at
the Milpitas Library.  Who remembers the details of arranging
that?
