PC?  Weren't we running this at the end of Ramaden?
Maybe move it to the start (guarantees a small moon).
 
Originally this was advertized I believe (though I
'could' look it up) as an observing event 'at the
end of summer'.  If we went with that again, it would
be before the last week in September.
