[SJAAboard] No more mid-October CalStar

Those of you keeping track of the weather will note that CalStar will be a
bit exciting this year.  This is the second time we scheduled it in mid
October and the second time we have had problems.  In the future, we will
always pick a September date.

	
2007	11-Oct	chance rain
2006	21-Sep	some clouds
2005	29-Sep	clear
2004	14-Oct	Rain causes Saturday evacuation (it also rained in Sept)
2003	25-Sep	great weather, best seeing - ever
2002	3-Oct		cold but clear (my first)

2001	13-Sep	Hot days, t-shirt nights, clear and good seeing
2000	28-Sep(?)	Pleasant weather, chilly and a bit dewy at night, no
clouds
