That is basically what I am suggesting. The accounts are simple to create so there is no reason not to create a gary.mitchell sjaa net account in addition to a treasurer account. I just need a commitment that the responsible person will take the email out. It is not a 100% solution, but it is high 90's. Rob Hawley
