As far as I can determine in this case we WOULD be getting useful insurance.
But the cost would be based on employment insurance.  The insurer simply
does not have a basis to assess our risk.

The true cost would be background checks and then rigorously enforcing who
can and cannot set up at our events. As I said earlier I doubt if that is
even possible for most of our events.

If anyone on the board expresses a concern they can take Gordon's suggestion
and put the membership names through the Megan's law website. I am not going
to do that.

So - Yes Steven there is a risk.  Yes this insurance will cover us for the
risk.  The cost is a complete change in the culture of the organization.
Since Steven would not be affected he probably does not care.
