We have made good progress with recovering the scopes at non-members. So far
4 have been recovered or with transfer dates. I have a home for 3 others,
but have not been able to contact the non-members.

The remaining scopes may be a siege. At this point I am going to open the
program to include the scopes that were stored during the Mike dump.  That
includes the scope that I am currently storing.  

I am surprised by the level of interest in the program.  Maybe it is just
pent up demand, but I am getting volunteers faster than I can procure
scopes.
