[SJAAboard] Star Party priority list? Just to think, not a motion

Someone brought up the idea of the club being 'resource limited' in
terms of the limited time of telescope volunteers we have.

I think that is a good note to keep in mind. We should have a
Board priority list in what type of events to support. At times
we may be able to support a lower priority event, but in
cases of conflict we should not be shy about declining
to offer our free services.

Based on what I know about the programs and characters:

Star Party priority list (just to think about - not proposed yet!)
I don't know if this is just a different way of stating what
Rob has in mind for a proposal (see Bd proposed agenda)

1) public school star parties
A close to SJ and Hoage
2) Hoage public
3) public school star parties
B toward Alameda, San Mateo or San Benito Co.
4) public parks in good sites

5) private schools

SJAA does not generally do 'sidewalk astronomy' on city
streets, fundraisers for other non-profits, or "for fee" parties
for private groups.
