Sorry that it did not work out tonight.  I will bring some rubber bats to
the meeting ;-).



Gary said he was going to print the labels.  We need to label AND apply
seals to the top of the ephemeris.  I have not been involved recently so I
don't know all of the ins and outs of the procedures, but apparently you
also have to band within the box. And then label the box with the correct
bar code.  I sent the barcodes and the form this morning.

I can help out either Friday or Saturday before the meeting.

Gordon you should have received the parts to generate the labels earlier in
the month.  If you have MS word you can use the template to input the CSV
file and generate the labels.  Then all you need is label stock. That is
available from your favorite store or even Kinko's.

If you can't do the labels yourself I could print them tomorrow. Let me
know.

I can run the Ephemeris up on Monday.  The form I sent earlier in the day
will need to be revised.  You are not permitted to use white-out.  Mike and
I ended up Photoshopping dates.
