You know, Rob, part of the reason for board meetings is to keep
the board (and members / visitors) updated on the routine stuff
and provide a forum for questions and discussions on those matters.
E-mailing info in advance is all well and good, but it shouldn't
be a substitute.

The routine reports usually don't take very long anyway.  I don't
think you're saving much time.

This month, the treasurer's report includes a couple of items
that may need action:  donation/renewal to MIRA, property list.

You forgot Aug. 2, the last mirror making workshop session.
Well, the last "official" one, (we still have the room reserved
