[SJAAboard] date of next meeting

JVN noticed this a couple of weeks ago. We changed the HTML and PDF versions
of the July issue. I think I also changed the June PDF version which was
also wrong.

I don't remember seeing this mentioned before, and just noticed it
myself:  The calendar in the July Ephemeris shows the next meeting
as being on July 30.  July 30 is a Monday.  Shouldn't that be July 28?
