The new contract includes a phrase that reimburses us for the cost of
recovery and requires the member to stay in touch. That means we could hire
a lawyer if we needed to.  We are also enforcing the requirement that you
have to be a member to borrow a scope.  Thus, an address we have would not
be as old.

Mike apparently knows how to contact the person who borrowed the Tasco
(scope 1).  If you could get him to tell us then I can send the
notifications to the correct address.

If you would like to spend your time (instead of mine) to recover either of
the two missing scopes I will be happy to send you what contact information
I have.
