It does not look like the weather gods are going to cooperate.  The latest
aviation forecast is for broken clouds (50-80% covered) at 7 PM with rain
forecast by 9 PM.  

I think it would be best if the phone hotline warns of a probable
cancellation and refer callers to the website.  I will not change the main
page until after the 4 PM forecast update, but I suspect I will cancel at
that time.

Note that the clear sky clock reflects an earlier forecast that showed a
period of clearing.  Since the CSC is not updated as often it did not catch
the revision made later this morning.  This is, of course, a reason the SJAA
webpage provides better sources of information instead of just relying
blindly on an extrapolated forecast.
