Perhaps if the board meetings were once a quarter instead of tying up 
every full moon Saturday, you'd get some volunteers.  The by-laws do not 
require monthly board meetings.  And a lot of work is possible to do via 
the Internet now, compared to when the only viable way for a group to 
communicate was in person.

Just a thought....
