Ouch!  My apologies to Robert.  Yes, he must be re-elected. 

  (In my weak defense) I worked from the list in the December issue of
the Ephemeris, and Robert is not listed there.  He should be.

  Yes, pleas do that if possible before the election, even if it's at
the February Board meeting.  Koop had instead elected an extra person at
the Annual Meeting, and there was confusion over whose term was for 1
vs. 2 years.
