Rob's call for two new board members might include the qualification(s?) 
stipulated in the by-laws.

Article 3, Section 17:

"The Board of Directors shall consider a person qualified to fill a 
vacancy if that person has been an Active Member for one (1) year, or 
has attended three (3) bimonthly board meetings, or has attended six (6) 
monthly board meetings."

Interestingly, the next one seems to negate some of the prior ones:

Article 3, Section 4, Amendment 1:

"Candidates for the Board of Directors shall be SJAA members for one 
year prior to election or appointment."
