Thank you.  While I am willing to break tradition for improvement, I am not
willing to do so just to put my own stamp on something.

What I remember most about this document was that it was pulling teeth to
get Mike to read it.  In the era when the draft of this was published,
nothing happened in the club without Mike's personal approval.


Apparently I did the version currently on the website using PDF 1.4 (Acrobat
5).  Most of the links no longer work.  The document needs updating, but I
will probably do the next in version 1.5 so everything works correctly.  I
may post both versions with an HTML page between them to keep everybody
happy.

Another possibility is to convert the entire document into HTML.  While
there are some tools, it looks like it would mostly have to be done
manually.  The result would not print very well, but Akkana argues that
should not be a goal. I am still considering whether I agree or not.
