It sounds like there may still be some hope for the scope even though it's
initial condition seemed poor.  If the optics are satisfactory, the scope
tracks, and has something like an 8x slew then we can use it.  Having an
object database is a plus, but I do not see that as a requirement.  

We may want to touch up the rust and do some repainting.  I would need to
get some pictures so we could build the web page for it.

You could just post it here.  I maintain an inventory of the accessories as
a part of the scope database.  That is available to Gary whenever he needs
to prepare the overall inventory.
