A couple of comments about DSCs and GOTO:
1. not all scopes, SCT included, have to have either DSCs or GOTO to be useful
in our loaner program. However, a Telrad is a big help on SCTs.
2. with DSCs that don't get lost when the OTA is moved manually, you don't
need an 8x or faster slew. You can slew by hand.
