That may be what you *intend*, but look at what we've got...  The link
is on our main web page for the general public.  Rob has made it a point
to emphasize it.  As such, the intended audience are folks casually going
to a public Houge or school star party.

This is why I suggested it be split into two parts, the etiquette page
should be simple and basic--for public star parties.  Then have a link
on that page for the more detailed "rules" of a dark sky star party.

Telling folks the more stringent rules for a dark sky star party is
overkill at Houge.  We have to be reasonable.  We don't want to freak
people out who just want to drive into the Houge parking lot.

I've met people at Houge who parked along the street and even at the other
side of the park and walked over to where we were.  We don't want to be
making people think they have to do such things.
