  No, go look at <http://www.sjaa.net/etiquette.html> the original.  It
was written for club star parties at dark sites.  It wasn't limited to
etiquette only; that's why there was stuff about bringing wood blocks to
level the scope, how to approach other people, photographers, etc. 

  The material <http://www.sjaa.net/school/newteach.htm#sugg> that you
and I did is specifically for schools, and applies to public events
generally.   

  My preference is to keep the SJAA etiquette page oriented to Coe-type
star parities.  Point to the school site for public events.
