The problem we have is multiple editors and no common source control.  If I
was just doing it on my own I would have never introduced frames.  

The web page used to be fairly stable, now we have introduced features that
require constant attending.

When we were on MoJo's machine we could use symlinks so we would have a
string of different pages and just switch the one in we wanted.  Neither
Paul nor I have access to the console on the new host.  That means we need
to me more careful if we did not want to lose a change.
