I think we should all know (by now) that occasionally IMO, or "I think that"
ocassionally gets omitted. - so give the guy a break -
IMO the CSC is a good regional approximation. It does not seem
to be very exact for fog conditions or seeing variations caused
by the marine layer near the California coast. If I'm at 3000 ft
and the marine layer is at 1500 - great seeing and dark conditions.
If I'm at 1500 ft and the marine layer is at 2000 - dewed OUT!
So I'm tending to look at Rob's recomendation for the airways
(sorry I don't have proper name) forecast along with the CSC.
the SJAA Web page is general enough (IMO !!)
