  I would retain something on how to approach others, when asking for
help or when walking around.  Keep some part of approaching a
photographer who may or may not want to chat. These *are* etiquette.

  It reads well, your shortened sentences are good, and the headers are
a big help.  That page originated as general advice for going to a star
party, not strictly etiquette, and it's good to keep some of that. 

  The stuff on star-hopping, etc., is good material but out of place.
