[SJAA-announce] More Volunteers needed for CalStar

The new infrastructure with Info Canopy and enforcing the road closures
require more people to be involved this year than just myself. A number of
the GSSP related people have already volunteered to help. There are still
tasks that need volunteers.

The greatest need is for people to watch the info canopy.  This should be a
very easy task since most folks will show up at CalStar with their placards
already printed. Two slots are still open on Saturday night. TAC usually
sets up their potluck under the big tree where the roads converge to the
dark and casual area. That is where the info canopy will be. So you can have
dinner and just keep an eye on whether anyone needs a placard. You are not
responsible for checking people in.  Thus this should be very easy.

If we can get more people then we can open the info canopy up on other days
as well.
