[SJAA-announce] CalStar Registration is open

CalStar Registration is now open.

This year the GSSP folks have been involved in every step of the planning
and will be playing a major role at LSA.

Remember this year we are organizing things a little differently.  When you
go to the registration form you will notice there are two different types of
registrations.

	Resident (Dark Enforced and Casual) Areas - This is the traditional 
		CalStar.  This year we will better enforce the road closures
 		so everyone's night vision is preserved.

	Late Arrival/ Early Departure - By taking advantage of a portion of 
 		the park we have not used in the past we can now offer a
		weekend star party experience for those that don't want to 
		commit to spending the night.  The new area has fine
horizons
		as is easy to get into and out of after dark.

Once again we will offer prepaid meals.
